Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT)

Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT), also known as Guided Wave Ultrasonic Testing (GWUT), is an advanced ultrasonic inspection method used for the rapid screening of long lengths of pipelines for corrosion and erosion detection. This technology allows for the inspection of up to 350 meters of pipe from a single location, providing 100% coverage without the need for extensive access or insulation removal  .
