IMPARTIALITY AND INTEGRITY STATEMENT

SA International Services provides inspection services to all of its clients. Impartiality is at the core of our business ethos. Independence, quality as well as integrity belong to our business philosophy and it is one of our most valuable assets.
This is the commitments towards Impartiality

• Top management is committed and responsible to impartiality and makes this impartiality statement publicly available

• As a commitment to maintain confidence and credibility in our Inspection process, SA INTERNATIONAL recognizes the importance of safeguarding impartiality in its management system Inspection and assessment activities, manages any potential conflict of interests and ensures the objectivity of the Inspection process.

• SA policy as an Inspection body is to provide confidence, to act and to be perceived impartial by all parties that have an interest in Inspection, such as our clients, customers of our certified clients, governmental authorities, non-governmental and industry associations, research and education institutions, workers’ unions, employers’ unions, consumers and community.

• In order to ensure the impartiality, it is our policy to base our decisions on objective evidence of conformity with the reference standards and/or documents, without being influenced by other interests or parties.

• Noninvolvement of our staff and management in any commercial, financial, consultancy or other activities which might influence our judgment or endanger thrust in our independence of judgment and integrity of decisions.

• Impartiality is ensured by requiring technically qualified resources to perform key process records and events when deciding on the Inspection status. Such personnel is assigned in a manner that ensures they were not involved in the organization whose Inspection status is performed in a manner that could affect impartiality;

• The use of competent personnel, acting impartially and not allowing commercial, financial or other pressures to affect impartiality, throughout the Inspection processes.

• The awareness and accountability of the personnel involved in the Inspection processes through binding agreements related to impartiality and conflict of interests and the obligation to reveal any situations which might influence impartiality or generate a conflict of interests.

• the whole organization will deal with all aspects of inspection activity in a fair and ethical manner ensuring that all parties are represented in a balanced way ensuring clients and those using their services are suitably and fairly represented.

• SA International Services has its activities undertakes risk assessments to demonstrate its ongoing impartiality in relation to inspection, evaluation and review as well as ensuring any dealing does not compromise impartiality and integrity.
